Making the chassis structure. The chassis structure is like a big puzzle, the parts were cut out of sheets of special foam and than assembled in place.

	The parts were cut using a ShopBot machine. Shawn and Max oversee the machine while the parts are being cut.
	The parts were later placed over the chassis's mold.
