Left Dawson, dropping Max's van off in the kind hands of Fisher's gas station enroute.
At Klondike River Lodge, 0 km of the Dempster Highway, we paused again to check all the fluids on the van and ? on the solar car. We were told that because of the unusual deluge of rain, the condition of the road was the worst it had ever been. Fuelled up on burgers, we turn onto the Dempster.
The first tire went flat at km 50. The second, around km 100.
The weather turned overcast but we still made it to km 152.

Warned about the speed of oncoming transport trucks, the team figures some green tape words of caution on the hood of the van won't hurt.
